Preparing for your Hong Kong trip

Hong Kong is one of the most popular destinations for vacation and shopping for Filipinos. It’s just roughly a 2-hour flight from the Philippines, and with several seat sale options from different airlines, it really won’t cost you a lot in terms of air fare. We went to Hong Kong last year, in August 2016 […]

Day 2 – Touchdown Singapore

Our flight from Cebu to SG was late at night, so we arrived early AM at around 1:00. My sister-in-law, along with her husband, picked us up from the airport. Changi Airport was perfect. One of the best airports I’ve seen in my lifetime. We purchased tickets for our planned tour. My first impression of Singaporeans […]

Every married couple’s dream is to travel the world and enjoy the beauty of different sceneries while they’re young and able 🙂 One milestone in our marriage was able to travel outside the country together. Valentine Weekend

Because it’s the season of love, I decided to write about things you can do on Valentine’s Day – doesn’t matter if you’re single, in a relationship or married.

  1. Random acts of KINDNESS. Valentine’s day is not just about going on a date with your partner, or receiving flowers and chocolates. It’s sharing love! Do random acts of kindness today, or any day, for that matter. It does feel great!
  2. Spend time with family. Some of you might be far from family, because of certain reasons. For me, “time” doesn’t always mean being physically there. Call them, go on a Skype call, ask how they are. Don’t let a busy schedule/calendar get in the way!
  3. It’s the weekend, so go out and enjoy! They say home is where you make it. So whether you’re with friends, officemates, family, or a special someone, spend the Valentine weekend having fun and sharing love!

Enjoy your Valentine’s Day! Virtual hugs and kisses 🙂
